Birch Class

Welcome to Birch Class

Annabel Heritage

Hello my name is Annabel Heritage. I am one of the teachers in Birch Class.

I love teaching at St Werburghs, the children are full of curiosity and share so many interesting ideas. I am impressed every day by how committed they are to their learning. In Birch Class, we pride ourselves on how kind and supportive we are to each other. We work together to make our classroom a calm and enjoyable place to learn. We also look forward to many enrichment activities throughout the year, such as making a speech in City Hall and visiting Techniquest.

George Hutchinson

Hello my name is George Hutchinson. I will be teaching Birch class this year, along with Mrs Heritage.

I very excited to be in year 4 and looking forward to getting stuck into all the  learning. Our school values of commitment, curiosity and kindness will be at the centre of team Birch and can’t wait to see all the children develop as learners and members of our school community over the course of the year. I am leading on Times Tables this year and will also be delivering 1:2:1 beginner bike lessons.
